1. Hydrate

You lose a lot of fluids, salts and electrolytes when you diarrhoea or vomit. You should take in a lot of fluids. Drink plain water, water mixed with oral rehydration salts or oral electrolytes solution, chiken soup, and sports drink.

However you should avoid drinks like milk and any other sugary beverage. These fluids should be consumed in small sips. Your intake should be at least 250ml an hour for an adult and 30ml for a child

5. Apple cider vinegar

This has always been a good remedy for stomach upsets. Simple take a glass of hot water and add 2-3 teaspoons of pure apple cider vinegar and sip just like normal tea. This will really help in relieving stomach upsets instantly

It is important to watch out for stomach pain with diarrhea and seek medical help immediately. There are several factors that can cause abdominal pains and stomach upsets
